About Sitheri – Tourist Place in Dharmapuri:
Sitheri is located in dharmapuri comes under the pappireddipatti revenue taluk. It is located near to harur town. Sitheri peoples speak Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. Sitheri is one of the important place/tourist spots in Dharmapuri. It is one of the hill stations in dharmapuri also the segments of eastern ghats of Tamil Nadu.
Sitheri(Mountain) has 64 small villages. Sitheri sandalwood tree is the costliest sandalwood in the Asian continent. Sitheri contains government higher secondary school, one middle school, and elementary school.

There is no direct train/railway station near to Sitheri. However, Salem Junction Railway Station is major railway station 43 KM near to Sitheri. By means of Road, Sitheri Hills is well connected to Dharmapuri, Salem, Tharamangalam, Pappireddipatti & Harur by Buses. It is one of the best places for car travel.
Best Time:
Best time to visit sitheri is from August to March. You can see greeneries and beautiful mountains. Climate is also pleasant during those days.
