I don’t know if there is any silver bullet to change the complexion of the skin but we can surely improve the smoothness, glow, and health

The melanin pigment concentration in our skin can cause a huge variation in many skin tones. whether you want a smoother skin texture or permanently glowing skin, you don’t need to opt for costly spa treatments or costly creams.

There are affordable home remedies that you can employ if you want to improve your skin.

WATER:


Water is incredibly beneficial to our health, it not only helps us keep our body hydrated but also acts as a neutralizer to help balance things out.this includes your skin. Make sure you drink at least 10 glasses of water every day to help remove under eye dark circles. Drinking a lot of water will automatically help in making your skin glow.

Cucumber:

Cucumber is a great source of nutrients and contains a lot of qualities that help to refresh your skin. This means that it helps ur complexion lighter. Grate some cucumber and then mash it up, apply the juice on ur face and wash it after 15 to 20 mins. I assure you this will work.

Sandalwood oil:

Use sandalwood oil on your skins affected areas for removing pimples and eliminating any uneven puffed up skin spots. You can also add some sandalwood oil to your regular facial cleansers and toners to get instant results.

Lemon :

Lemon is an excellent bleaching element in general and it’s safe enough to use in our skin. Lemon with honey is a good mixture to use if you want naturally fair skin. Mix lemon juice with honey and apply it on your face and wash off after 20 mins.

Gram flour:

One spoon of gram flour and add a spoon of lemon juice and raw milk and let it sit on your face for 15 mins. When you feel the tightness, wash it with lukewarm water.

Mint leaves:

Mint is also a great contributor is fair skin. Simply mix up some mint leaves with water by grinding it with a spoon. Apply the juice on your face and wash after 10 mins. Repeat it if desired.

Turmeric:

This brightly colored spice has many health benefits including skin fairness. Make a paste with turmeric powder and lemon juice and let it cook for 10 mins and then apply and wash after 15 mins.

Curd :

Curd improves your facial tone .its a proven skin softener and complexion grower. It contains zinc and lactic acid both useful for lightening skin tone.

Coconut water and milk :

Coconut water and milk are already very healthy to drink. You can also mix the two and apply them in your skin to reduce scars. Do this daily for better results.

Egg white:

Make sure you first remove the yolk because as nutritious as it is it may cause oily skin, use the egg white as a paste for your skin to help reduce oiliness and improve brightness. Apply it twice a week.

Saffron:

Mix a spoon of milk with A pinch of saffron. Take a cotton ball and dip it and apply all over the face.

Curd, oatmeal, and tomato:

Mix curd with oats and tomato puree and then apply it in your face. Massage it for 5 to 10 mins and leave it for a while and wash off.

Clay material :

Multani mitti otherwise known as fullers earth is a clay material that’s a great solution to helping with dark spots on your skin. Take some heaping spoonfuls to mix it with rose water and apply daily.

Papaya and watermelon :

Papaya and watermelon must be mashed up and made into a paste. Apply it on the face and wash after 20 mins to get rid of oily and tanned face.

Radish water :

Many of you might have not heard about this but trust me it’s the best cleanser. Boil pieces of radish and apply the boiled water on the face before bed.

Orange peels :

They have been proven to improve skin tone. Let the orange peels dry and then grind them into powder and then mix it with curd or honey. Apply and leave for 15 to 20 mins.
