Dry Nuts Smoothie – Breakfast Preparation Methods
Ingredients:
8 almonds
8 cashews
4 walnuts
4 dates
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 glass of water
Preparation Steps:
Boil water and soak all the ingredients in the hot water.
Let it soak till the water cools down. Blend it in a mixer and chill it.
It just takes 5 mins to make this smoothie, but it’s loaded with fiber, good fat, iron, etc.
Note: I have used dates as a sweetener in this smoothie. Add little honey if you want to make it sweeter.
