Chinese vegetable stir fry
This is a great side dish for chapati or you top this on your eggs and have your post-workout meal
5 garlic cloves
1 small carrot
5 pieces of mushroom
A handful of Paneer cubes
A handful of shredded cabbage
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar(I used cane jaggery)
Salt as per taste
Chilly powder(I have added 1/2 teaspoon you can add as per your taste)
Add teaspoon water and mix everything well and keep it aside
Heat pan and add a tablespoon oil or butter, once the oil is hot add chopped garlic, fry it till golden brown.
Add onion, carrot, and capsicum and fry it for half a minute.
Now add paneer cubes, shredded cabbage and mushrooms stir fry it for a minute and finally add the sauce and cook it for a minute.
Top it with green onions and black sesame seeds and serve it hot!!
